Is this the same shoulder blades "down and back" as in the straight hang video? So more of a mid/neutral shoulder height rather than depressing them strongly?

Very clear video! I have just a doubt: what do you mean when you say "or have your bottom foot start a little lower than your hand" (at 5:43)? Do you mean to start the footlock standing up instead using L-Sit?

She’s so strong! People don’t understand how physically demanding this routine is!

She is just one of the very best aerial silk/sling (I guess she's also at the slings;) artists, there's just everything on point, plus, her feeling for the rhythm, the music, its so, so good and I'm glad, that she shares her knowledge with others in her class, my respect!!

I've been enjoying the straight leg straight arm straddle up. Definitely challenging but it's made the bent arm straddle ups feel so easy!

Rain anya you are making aerial silks completely artistic and this is how it should be. Many performances are trying to reach the level that you are but they are just demonstrating tricks in a row.
